This site aims to be both a portfolio of work, documentation of experiments, tutorials for education based around STE(A)M and general Maker themes.
I am a Teacher of Design Technology at Beechwood Park School in the UK.
I am a musician who builds his own instruments and experiments with different methods of musical creation and sound generation.
I am an installation artist who loves exploring how people can interact with music in different ways using tech, data sonification and different aspects of physics.
I am creative director for Hackoustic, a London based group of artists who work in all forms of physical sound making and manipulation. We run regular showcasing events and curate parts of larger events for people.
I also work for Music Tech Fest, or MTFLabs in various roles. Mostly on their education wing, but have also run Hackathons and Creative Labs with them all over Europe.
